Looks Like We Need a Page
The sitemap includes some pages that may need to be created. I've added one section with an anchor for each missing page, then added links to the anchors as links in the main menu. To add or remove an anchor to/from an element on a page, select the element (I usually add anchors to sections) and scroll to the bottom of the Inspector to find the Anchor settings.
All Services - I usually create a dynamic list page for this linked to a content collection that describes each service briefly. For services with further details I add a button that links to the page with more information. Example: https://www.lcplin.org/library-services
Seniors - An easy way to do this would be to duplicate one of the "Age" pages, like Teens, and revising the content.
Story Times and Play Group - this might be a link to Vega Program instead of a page.
Reading Challenges (under Children) - I have set these up as content collections on other sites. Example - https://www.clermontlibrary.org/reading-challenges (this is a dynamic list page, and I think they have dynamic item pages for each challenge too)

Summer Reading Club - you have links for this under Children and under Teens on the Children & Teens menu, but I'm just putting this placeholder once.
