2023 Tiny Art Show

Display your artistic talent at our first ever Tiny Art Show!

The Wadsworth Public Library is hosting its first ever Tiny Art Show. A Tiny Art Show is exactly as it sounds–it’s like a regular art show, only tiny! The Tiny Art Show is free and open to artists ages 12 years old and older. 

Register to receive a mini art kit and create your masterpiece. The kit includes a mini canvas (3"x 3"), paintbrush, and paint. Beginning October 2nd, stop by the Library to pick up your supplies and create your own masterpiece at home. You may also use any supplies you have at home to make your mini canvas uniquely yours! We just ask that all submissions are family friendly.  Return your canvas to the library by November 2nd to have your art displayed as part of our inaugural Tiny Art Show which will be held from November 3rd through the 30th. This will be a nonjudged show. Limit one canvas per participant. We reserve the right to limit the number of canvases picked up by any single person or group. Supplies are limited. Please call or stop by with questions. 

Tiny Art Show Rules & Guidelines

• Artist must register online or via phone to receive a canvas and art supplies.
• Artist must be 12 years old or older to participate.
• All artwork must be on the canvas provided by the Library and able to be displayed on an easel or flat against the wall.
• Entry form required for submitted artwork.
• Art will start being displayed Friday, November 3.
• Art can be dropped off any time between October 27 and November 2. The sooner the better!
• Other than food, all materials are welcome to be used in the creation of your art.
• Artwork and the title of the artwork must be appropriate for all ages.
• Library staff reserve the right to reject any art that does not follow these guidelines.
• Canvas kits (canvas, paintbrush and rules) will be available beginning Monday, October 2.
• If you want your art back at the end of the show, it can be picked up between December 1 and 8.
