Poetry Showcase
August 28 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
New this summer, the Library is looking for local poets to submit a broadside of original work to be featured in the Library. Submissions will be on display beginning July 1 through August 27.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Participants can submit up to three, one-page poems (broadside) on an 8 1/2 x11 sheet to the Reference Desk by August 26.
All submitted poems must be appropriate for viewing by all patrons of the Library.
POETRY READING: On August 28, all poets and poetry-lovers are invited to read their pieces and enjoy an evening of poetry between 7 and 8 p.m.
