Novel Ideas - The School for Good Mothers

Frida is a mother living in a near-future version of Philadelphia with her baby, Harriet. Frida leaves the house and Harriet for a few hours. Upon returning home, she is confronted by the police and sent to a rehabilitation camp for a year, where she will learn how to be a good mother.
