28th Annual Candidate Forum
September 28 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Join us for the first-ever virtual and live-streamed Candidate Forum at Wadsworth Public Library. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've moved our forum online. Now in its 28th year, we maintain a forum style program offering the public an opportunity to find out how candidates view and would approach the issues. Focusing on the issues and offices that must deal with them allows voters to learn more about the policy implications of their vote.
This year's event will be live-streamed from our YouTube page. Go to the live feed now to view the event.
In order to make this virtual Forum as accessible as possible, we have decided to open question submissions a week early, beginning Monday, September 21. This way, you can still submit your questions even if you cannot attend the Forum's livestream. Recordings will be made available on Wadsworth Public Library's YouTube channel and broadcast on WCTV. Remember to address the office in question and not the individual candidates. If you would like to submit your questions early, you can do so here. This link will also be provided during the time of the event.
