Psychologist Nina Rytwinski is back to present a “stress buster” program on ways to cope with stress. Positive management of stress is one of the primary ways people live happy and healthy lives. Stress management is not always about losing the stress, but more about finding positive techniques that identify and address both the physical and mental stress and the identification of the cause. Avoid frayed nerves and gnawed off fingernails—especially with the holidays right around the corner—and join us for this enlightening program.
