Yoga for Teens
August 14 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
This program just for teens is an introduction to the discipline of yoga. Yoga Improves balance, strength, concentration, builds self confidence and can help reduce stress. Participants will learn basic poses and no previous experience is necessary. Bring a towel or yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
