Meeting rooms are available to the public for group meetings when not in use for Library programs. Please use this automated form when no less than 48 hours advance notice is provided. When you are unable to give at least 48 hours advance notice, please call or visit us at the Library.

No entrance fee may be charged. Rooms are available for community members and meetings must be free and open to any member of the public.

Technology Set-up and Virtual Meeting Participation

The meeting rooms are equipped with projector, sound system, and a laptop to operate slideshows and other multimedia presentations. In addition, the Library can host groups wishing to conduct hybrid meetings where some members wish to attend in person at the Library, and others wish to connect through video conferencing.

While initial requests may be submitted with this form, all reservations will be reviewed for approval and finalized through follow-up communication with reference staff, pending approval by the Library Director. Please note that the Library reserves the right to deny any meeting room request and/or requests to serve refreshments in Room A.
