Now Offering Home Delivery

During restrictions related to COVID-19, we are now temporarily offering home delivery for patrons living within the Wadsworth City School District only.

Step One: Request Your Items

Choose one of the following 3 options for placing your holds:

Reference staff will help you by placing items on hold or helping you to find the books, movies, music or other items you're looking for. Let staff know that you would like to have your items delivered, and they will verify your address.

Email us

Send us an email at reference@wadsworthlibrary.com with your item requests. Let us know your name, the last four digits of your library card number, and that you are requesting home delivery.

Log on

Visit our online catalog to browse and place items on hold. Here, you can simply select Home Delivery as the pick-up location.

Step Two: We Call You

When you holds are ready, we'll give you a call using the most current number on file with your library card. If you need to update this information, please let us know when you call or email to make your requests.

Step Three: Your Items are Delivered

Items will be delivered by a member of our Outreach team 3-5 days after being placed on hold. By the time you've received a phone call, your holds have already been checked out for an extended loan period of one month, fine-free. Staff will deliver items right to your door, no contact required.

To return your items, you can drop them off in our drive-up book drop or have them picked up by staff upon your next delivery.
