Monday - Thursday: 9am - 7pm  |  Friday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Pick up your items at our drive-up window and return items in the book drop in our west parking lot. Curbside service is fast and convenient.

Step One: Request Your Items*

Choose one of the following 3 options for placing your holds:

Reference staff will help you by placing items on hold or helping you to find the books, movies, music or other items you're looking for.

Send us an email at reference@wadsworthlibrary.com with your item requests. Let us know your name, and if you have it, the last four digits of your library card number.

Step Two: We Call You

When you holds are ready, we'll give you a call using the most current number on file with your library card. If you need to update this information, please let us know when you call or email to make your requests.

Step Three: Pick Ups & Returns

Picking up your holds has never been easier. By the time you've received a phone call, your holds have already been checked out for an extended loan period of one month, fine-free.

  • Come to our west parking lot (drive-up window and returns location)

  • A traffic attendant will direct you to keep left and continue to the window

  • Drive-up window staff will verify that your items are available

  • If you have returns you will drop them in designated bins or our drive-up book return

  • Drive-up window staff will assign you a parking space

  • A staff member will place your pre-checked holds directly in your trunk or passenger seat
