Community Outreach
Through the Outreach Services Department, the Library offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of all customers, including those who can't come to the Main Library. The Library is on the move to serve you by providing many unique services such as Bookmobile, Pelican Post materials by mail, and Talking Books. All of these services are provided free of charge.
