WPL Online - Employment

The Wadsworth Public Library is seeking applicants for three open positions (two for 24 hours per week and one for 21 hours per week). The schedule includes weekday mornings, evenings and weekends and has a beginning salary of $7.30 per hour.

Qualifications:

Ability to quickly learn the Dewey Decimal and/or other alphabetical filing systems.
Ability to do physical work such as lifting 25 pounds, reaching, and climbing stairs

The successful applicant must perform all Page functions, such as

Properly and promptly shelve and store library materials
Maintain neat shelving and storage areas that are in proper sequence
Properly and promptly clear all items on the return shelf
