FUSE - Stop Motion Animation
May 17 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Popular films and television shows have utilized stop motion animation to create for many years. Stop motion animation is animation that is captured one frame at time, with physical objects that are moved between frames. When you play back the sequence of images rapidly, it creates the illusion of movement. Using free and easy to use software, a camera, and a computer, students will learn the basics of stop motion creations, from ideas to puppet making to special effects, and have an opportunity to create simple animation projects that they can build upon.
