In Cold Blood - Monday Night Intrigue

November 20 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Truman Capote forever changed the landscape of journalism and novel writing by melding the two into this classic of horror and suspense. In 1959, four members of the Clutter family were found murdered in their Kansas home. The town was horrified as there was no initial obvious motivation to the murders. Police were baffled until the clues starting coming in and the case turned into a cross-country pursuit. Capote chronicles the horror of the seemingly random murder and the investigation that followed. Capote’s skill as a novelist absorbed readers directly into the terrible events.
